Godefroy Africa was founded by Grant Adonis, a South African travel designer whose journey spans aviation, cultural exploration, and more than a decade of immersive travel across Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.

​

His path began with a fascination for Japan — a curiosity that opened the door to a life of global discovery. After studying Travel & Tourism and working with British Airways, Grant spent 14 years travelling across the region on mission-driven work, forming deep connections with its people, landscapes, and traditions.

​

In 2025, Godefroy Africa was born as the natural evolution of this story: a luxury travel brand celebrating African artistry, hospitality, and excellence. Today, every journey is still personally designed by Grant, ensuring authenticity, refinement, and a deeply personal approach.
